Abstract

The objective of the research is to evaluate the evolution of the group of associative merchants who participated in the induction to reinforce the entrepreneurial culture, considering entrepreneurship as a means of progress and economic impact of the localities. The methodology applied is statistical with a qualitative-quantitative approach, longitudinal non-experimental design of group evolution, the data were obtained using a test with 55 items before and after induction, addressed to representatives of the Popular Economy associations. and Solidaria, canton Machala, the results obtained show low averages before training 10.44 with a median 10.45 and high values ??after induction of 15.61 with a median of 15.90; concluding that the latest results show improvement of the entrepreneurial characteristics in reference to the needs of planning, goal setting, and power, in the self-confidence and independence achieved by the research participants, factors that influence when undertaking and benefit productive in the study sector.
