Abstract

This article is the summary of an investigation that aims to establish whether there is a relationship between soft skills and theater in the students of the II cycle of the Professional School of Law of the Universidad Privada del Norte at the headquarters of Los Olivos in the year 2018. The research approach is quantitative, the type of research is experimental, the design is pre-experimental with pretest and posttest. The study is framed in the students of the II cycle of the Professional School of Law of the Universidad Privada del Norte at the headquarters of Los Olivos. As an instrument, surveys were used to collect information on the soft skills variable. Regarding reliability, it was ensured by means of Cronbach's alpha coefficient in both the pretest and posttest, which indicates a high level of reliability for the data collection instrument. The results allow us to affirm that there is a relationship between the soft skills variables through theater in the students of the II cycle of the Professional School of Law of the Universidad Privada del Norte at the headquarters of Los Olivos in 2018. Among the most important conclusions It can be pointed out that there is a direct and significant relationship between soft skills and theater in the students of the II cycle of the Professional School of Law of the Universidad Privada del Norte at the Los Olivos headquarters in 2018.
