The professional training of the accountants and their contribution to the development of the business management in the organizations of Santa Elena Province

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to socialize the contribution of vocational training of an accountant through field research that contributes to the development of business management in the organizations in the province of Santa Elena, whose intellectual growth of the population was multiplied with the opening of the university in Santa Elena.  Entrepreneurship increased and many organizations with new professionals graduated in the university. The scope of accountants expanded due to the effective decision of the government to collect taxes better and create a tax  culture, which promotes sustainable awareness of society;  consequently, both natural persons and entrepreneurs who have diverse businesses require services of professional accountants to make tax declarations, perform organized accounting records, elaborate budgets, among other activities that public and private companies as well as professionals from other specialties need and their contribution becomes more meaningful and relevant to the community.
