How to incorporate the gender and interculturality approach in the course of hygiene and occupational safety

Abstract

It is very important to know that in Ecuador, our country there are many ethnicities but unfortunately they are not known for lack of diffusion, that is to say we have multiculturality in sight, but we need to make it interact, and this article is intendedTo make known that also in the universities of our country and in particular  form  in  the  Peninsula  State  University  of  Santa  Elena  exists  a  student  body  of  different provinces, the same that come with their own customs and gradually they are interacting and sharing their  experiences  with  their  Comrades,  this  attitude  makes  them  tell  each  other  their  culture  and customs. In the same way it is intended that there be gender equity, in the subjects that are being issued, nowadays you can already appreciate theintervention of the ladies as well as the gentlemen, leaving behind that misconception that because Civil Engineering is not Could enter women. On the other hand occupational  hygiene  and  safety  nowadays  is  indispensable  to  apply  it  in  the  construction  andeven more it is essential to make it known not only in a city but in all the places of our homeland and therefore to spread it to all the Ecuadorian ethnicities. It is a matter of coexisting not just to coexist, to establish a joint struggle to build common spaces that develop projects of better cities for all
