Análisis estético del mapa sonoro de los sitios turísticos de la ciudad de Cuenca

Abstract

The present study aims to socialize the results of the aesthetic analysis of the sound map of the tourist sites of Cuenca. After a conceptualization of sound maps and the systematization of important theoretical references associated with this category, a contextual (origin, ideology and perception) and musical analysis (morphology, homophony, intensity) of the work is carried out and a study of perception is also included. acoustics of some inhabitants. The study allowed to conclude that the Sonorous Map of the Tourist Sites of the city of Cuenca harmonizes natural sounds with those of artificial urban ones and shows different identifiable planes (Hi-Fi) that correspond consistently with the concerns of the historical-social and geographical context of the city, reasons why the map is considered relevant and aesthetically beautiful.
