Evaluation of the ISO 9001: 2015, standard to quality assurance personnel in the company PCQ S.A. de C.V.

The aim of this work is to evaluate the knowledge of the Quality Management System in the high management of the company "Plomería y Cerámica de Querétaro S.A. de C.V." through the creation of two evaluation instruments that allow to perceive the degree of knowledge that the quality assurance department has, applying these instruments to the personnel, and analyzing the results through indicators and generating conclusions.
The methodology used was a quantitative, non-experimental, transectional and descriptive research through the collection and analysis of data obtained in the evaluations and also through a statistical validation study to know the results of the application of the instruments.
The null hypothesis proposed and accepted is the following: it is inferred that the knowledge of the company's Quality Assurance personnel has an average of less than or equal to 85% with respect to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Finally, this study proposes to induce the personnel in better practices, providing an instrument for planning and organization of activities, to motivate people to improve their work performance, improving the management of human resources through the detection of skills and technical training needs.
