Economic development of SMEs as a linkage generator element

Economic development has been to increase rapidly and change according to the technological, economic, and demographic characteristics of the society. In the present investigation, a cross-sectional descriptive study was carried out in the field modality, for which a population formed by a total of 40 subjects was selected, to whom the questionnaire was applied to managers who work in small and medium-sized companies in the metal-mechanic productive sector belonging to the CESIMAR Business Committee located in the South Industrial Zone of the Maracaibo Municipality of the Zulia State, this allowed to achieve the objective that was aimed at analyzing the economic development of Small and Medium-sized Companies-SMEs, as a generator element of bonding. The results of the study showed that the prospective plan is a strength for SMEs to achieve economic development. The above is supported by the percentages generated by the Strength indicator, which is in alternative 2 almost always. Likewise, quality certification laboratories and the establishment of standards must be implemented in the manufacturing processes of SMEs to achieve their economic development.
