Abstract

Mobile communications move forward in quick pace as a source for people’s interactions, the same with companies and projects that are inside the zone criteria for planning, the change of the productive matrix and “Buen Vivir” National Plan. Therefore, the research is focused in the study of a repowering through the application of knowledge and tools that are a part of VHF communications, starting from the comprehension of the theoretical founding for its development. The following article details a situational analysis from the current VHF radio communications, the working area, the location and coverage of the existing transmitters. In addition, the project’s proposal is developed detailing the necessary infrastructure for its execution, the extension of the coverage area, the configuration of the software associated to the management and interconnection of the VHF radio network.
