Abstract

The investigation evaluates the incidence of management strategies in the financial administration and use of the information technologies of the microentrepreneurs of the South Sector of the General Enríquez Gallo neighborhood of La Libertad Canton, Province of Santa Elena. The problem is based on the fact that the micro-enterprises created in this sector considered one of the largest and founder of the canton, were not structured in an adequate way regarding the financial part and good use of the computer tools, evidenced in the field study, proceeding to implement management strategies through training courses in different areas of knowledge and applying it with the creation of Pre-Cooperatives of Consumption generating a greater competitiveness among them. The methodology applied was quantitative and the analysis of the results was carried out in the SPS statistical program; In addition, a qualitative analysis was carried out, where interviews were carried out with microentrepreneurs and experts. The results of the research contribute to knowing that after implementing the management strategies of the micro-entrepreneurs of the Southern Sector of Barrio General Enríquez Gallo based on the planning, organization, direction, and control of their activities, they will be more effective in their business.
