Abstract

The small and medium enterprises is mostly owned by relatives and friends who forge an idea and start a business on a small scale and in the short term constitute a cornerstone of the economic system of the countries and naturally ours. When there is no clear distinction between the company and the family frequent conflicts occur between family members and between them and the rest of the staff; causing a breach of duties, responsibilities, schedules, financial compensation for members of the company not commensurate to the work done, etc. Another point is the obligation to continue with customs and standards and little private family business. The family company "House of Bread" has grown over the years, both numbers of staff and infrastructure. Staff recruitment is done by the owner of the company without considering the phases of selection, recruitment and induction, the degree of abilities and skills of the applicant to apply for the job, this is what makes empirical, unjustified and excessive, without be clear about the activities undertaken or are engaged in different tasks, causing discontent and misunderstanding on staff.
