Abstract

 

The territory of Ecuador has an immense range of opportunities. You always hear someone saying that this country has it all and it is true, you just have to know how to look for it. We know that our territory is multi-ethnic and multicultural, even so the national identity is not as pervasive or positioned in the citizens as one might think; Over the years and increasingly globalization, Ecuadorians have been adopting idioms that are not characteristic of their culture or their environment, they have been losing what set them apart from the rest. Within the research framework proposed in the following article, where the main objective is the contribution of classic or traditional cocktails to preserve cultural identity. Tourism in Ecuador has also undergone changes or planning and regulatory processes, has improved in certain fields of product innovation and research, so much so that it is currently working to constitute it as the first source of income for the country; Within this scope or strategy is an item categorized ‘food and beverages’ from which the bar and cocktail service emerges. This research work seeks to rescue the cultural identity of Ecuadorian peoples by preparing cocktails, innovating the classic cocktail bar.
