Design and Simulation of a Conveyor Belt System for the Respective Classification of Boxes According to Size

Abstract

This article designed and simulated a system that allows to classify boxes according to type, in an automated way, based on the use of software such as Codesys3.5v and others, which allow the use of virtual PLC programmable logic controllers, it is possible to perform an automation system applied in industries, so in this circuit of conveyor belts we make use of technical data from different equipment that will be used to protect the motors, as well as indicators that allow us to observe the correct operation of the system and allow optimization resources and at the same time improve production, we evaluate the elements necessary to run this system remotely applying IoT and connect the raspberry pi 4 device to control and monitor the process of sorting boxes with different devices with the Anyviz.io server and for programming defines global variables to link communication with other programs that allow vi Sualizar each stage of distribution of boxes, allows to use technology that integrates a control process that guarantees the device the ability to make decisions and interact with others such as the Siemens s7-1200 PLC.
