Abstract

The objective of this study was to evaluate the interaction of Vitazyme in combination with several doses of nitrogen fertilizers, in the watermelon hybrid productivity Doña Flor, a type Charleston Grey, in Sinchal Santa Elena. It was used a randomized complete blocks design with 8 treatments and 4 repetitions. Each experimental unit was planted using 45 plants for each plot. Results were analyzed by Analysis of variance and the averages of the treatments, compared according to Test of Multiple Rank of Duncan to 5%. Variables evaluated: stem length (40 and 60 days after the transplant), female flowers, commercial fruits number per plant, fruit weight and size, diameter, yield per hectare and economic analysis. The nitrogen + PK, as well as nitrogen + PK + biostimulant Vitazyme increases the number of marketable fruit per plant, reflecting on the performance and profitability, excelling treatment N150P80K200 + Vitazyme that reached 117,08 ton/ha
