Abstract

When demand, processes and sentence by going to the enforcement, the statement or recognition of the right is not discussed , and less should allow the process to be devoted almost exclusively to this. Doing so would make ordinary executive judgment. In ordinary cognition judgment or claim is disputed, while the executive is unsatisfied. The executive judgment rather than a judgment is a procedure by which it is put into effect, through seizure and sale of assets debt collection contained in a title that is strong enough to constitute itself full probanza .
