Unit management and its impact on the effectiveness administrative business of canton La Libertad

Abstract

The objective of this article is to socialize the incidence of the unit of management in the administrative effectiveness of the companies of the canton La Libertad. The theoretical contribution lies in the conception of the theory and practice of the teaching-learning system, taking into account the context, definition and characterization of the administrative management of companies, in order to determine the different factors that contribute to organizational development. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, an interview was designed directed to representatives of 40 companies of the canton La Libertad, with the purpose of establishing criteria regarding the research topic, through a probabilistic sampling, the sample is finite that is why random sampling simple. A descriptive research was implemented to know the real situation, because at present one of the problems faced by many institutions is the lack of a strategic plan and lack of knowledge in administrative management, since many of the managers work in one Empirical form; But it must be in accordance with the demands of the market, since any institution is maintained thanks to the preferences of the clients; Within the field results obtained in the investigative process are institutions with a well defined management body, but few strategic planning actions.
