Birds occupy a primordial place in human nutrition. Its production is carried out each
time with higher levels of technology, which makes it expensive and requires special
conditions, especially knowledge and financing for its implementation. Given the
conditions of the province of Santa Elena and the commune of San Vicente, in which the
conditions for the use of technology on a large scale are not given, this work is proposed,
which aims to document the design, construction and management of an egg incubator
in the study location. To this end, an experiment was designed where an incubator was
successfully built and the favorable development of the variables studied could be
verified.
