Abstract

The urban massive transport system of Guayaquil’s city – METROVÍA’s System has consideration problems because users do not have timely and truthful information of METROVÍA’s buses and additional situations. These have degrade service’s quality for these reasons the main goals about this investigation are: making an analyze of transport system’s operation, making an research about RFID technology as tool for solving problematic and proposing an network design for METROVÍA system. The theoretical bases are supported for researches about METROVÍA service’s quality. Methodology, which apply is empirical-analytical. This investigation is field research and descriptive type witch respective deductive method. Conclusions and recommendations are determinate witch relationship witch objects of the investigation and experimented situations during the research.
