Abstract

The interdisciplinary links that are established in the redesign of the UPSE initial education career appear as axes of articulation of theory and practice. The main elements that contribute innovative character to this program are the integrating chairs constructs and the predetermination of the integrating projects of each academic period. This work aims to critically reflect on the Basic Curricular Organization Unit of this career, based on the experience of its teaching, especially in the subjects Pedagogy and Intercultural Education. For this purpose, an extensive documentary review has been carried out and the result of the weighting of the successes and failures of said program has been obtained. General recommendations are offered at each conclusion.
