About the Journal
The UPSE Scientific and Technological Journal (RCTU) of the Santa Elena Peninsula State University has been published by the Institute for Scientific Research and Technology Development (INCYT) since 2012. It publishes original and unpublished articles related to engineering sciences and agricultural and biological sciences.
RCTU is open access, entirely free of charge, with no APC (Article Processing Charge). It is published in electronic format (e-ISSN: 1390-7697) and in print (ISSN: 1390-7638), in Spanish, twice a year (June and December). The journal guarantees the accessibility of its articles through the unique and permanent identifier for electronic publications DOI (Digital Object Identifier); research and review manuscripts are received and peer-reviewed by double-blind peer review (DBPR).
